At AAKASA Skills Academy, initiated and powered by AAKASA Sphere Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality educational programs, practical training, and a valuable learning experience for all learners.


Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any course, program, subscription, or service offered through our platform.


1. General Refund Policy


Due to the digital nature of our courses, training programs, downloadable materials, recorded sessions, and online educational content, all purchases are generally considered final.


Once access to a course, live class, recorded content, or learning material has been granted, refunds may not be available except under the circumstances described below.


2. Eligible Refund Requests


A refund may be considered only in the following situations:


a) Duplicate Payment


If a learner is charged more than once for the same course due to a technical or payment gateway issue, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.


b) Technical Enrollment Error


If payment has been successfully completed but course access was not provided due to a platform error, we will either:


- Provide immediate access to the purchased course; or

- Issue a refund if access cannot be provided.


c) Course Cancellation by AAKASA Skills Academy


If a live training program or course is canceled by AAKASA Skills Academy and no suitable alternative is offered, eligible learners may request a full refund.


3. Non-Refundable Situations


Refund requests will not be approved under the following circumstances:


- Change of mind after purchase.

- Failure to complete the course.

- Lack of time to attend classes.

- Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations not matching course content.

- Failure to understand the course material.

- Internet connectivity issues on the learner's side.

- Device compatibility issues not caused by the platform.

- Violation of platform policies resulting in account suspension.

- Partial usage or completion of course content.

- Downloading or accessing learning materials after purchase.


4. Subscription Plans


For subscription-based services, refunds are generally not available once the subscription period has begun.


Users may cancel future renewals at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.


Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in refunds for the current billing cycle.


5. Refund Request Process


To request a refund, users must contact our support team within 24 Hours of the payment date and provide:


- Full Name

- Registered Email Address

- Course Name

- Transaction ID / Payment Reference

- Reason for Refund Request

6. Refund Processing Time


Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.


Depending on the payment provider and banking institution, the refund may take approximately:


- UPI Payments: 3–7 Business Days

- Debit/Credit Cards: 5–10 Business Days

- Net Banking: 5–10 Business Days

- Wallet Payments: 3–7 Business Days


AAKASA Skills Academy is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banking partners.


7. Promotional Offers & Discounts


Courses purchased under:


- Flash Sales

- Limited-Time Offers

- Promotional Campaigns

- Scholarship Programs

- Discounted Bundles


may be marked as non-refundable, unless otherwise stated during purchase.


8. Fraudulent Claims


AAKASA Skills Academy reserves the right to deny refund requests that are found to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.


Any attempt to misuse the refund process may result in account suspension and permanent restriction from using the platform.


9. Changes to Refund Policy


AAKASA Skills Academy reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.


Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
